Opened
in 2004, the shop used to belong to the infamous mobster Al Capone back
in the late 1920s. Then, it was used to store Capone's luxury cars.
Now, the venue specializes in fresh bagels (we encourage to buy in
bulk) and fresh, homemade specialty spreads. Could it get any better?
Oh, yes it can - they deliver.

The New York Bagel Deli has been a Miami Beach resident for the
past 12 years. Here, the locally well-known staff makes more than 20
different types of bagels with over 20 different homemade spreads to
choose from. NY Bagel Deli is also one of the best smoothie and juice
bars on the beach - sounds like a breakfast made in heaven!
Einstein Bros. Bagels, 1500 Alton Road, Miami Beach; 305-534-4003
Although
Einstein Bros. Bagels may not be exclusive to Miami, they still top our
list of bagel fantasies. Here, we recommend indulging your sweet tooth
with one of the many desert bagel options. You can also count on
scoring a holiday-themed treat depending on the time of year.

This
specialty bakery boasts many goodies, and the bagel is not be ignored.
Baked fresh daily, try substituting a bagel for the bread on one of the
gourmet sandwich items. Our favorite is the Turkey Muffaletta. Not
enough bagel for you? Splurge with a side order of bagel chips.
