Save room for DESSERT. The most impressive display of talent, skill and artistry I have ever seen/tasted in the entire southeastern region of the U.S.
Pastry Chef Benjamin Copeland uses delicate flavors and bold textures. Although the dishes are far from ordinary, traditionalists will appreciate familiar flavor pairings. The right balance of the familiar with a new, exotic spin.
He designed every ice cream formula from scratch, including the fois gras ice cream as an element on a savory (non-dessert) dish! Oh, and the appetizers are also fabulous.
Ambiance A+, Great Location on Deco Drive
Not the best Service, unfortunately, but it's definitely worth experiencing the outstanding cuisine.
