We love Miami for its beauty, its weather (winter is almost here),
its spirit and its dysfunction. Ask any local - wasted time, throbbing crowds, oddball traffic
and unnecessary complications are part of the Miami life (hello cable
company). We’ve solved four uniquely Miami challenges with these very
fun (arguably unnecessary) gadgets.

Challenge: You’ve got 45 minutes to sweat and five pounds to lose before next weekend.
Geek Out: Hit the boardwalk with Garmin's Forerunner 305.
This Bond-esque watch tells time, sports a high-sensitivity GPS
antenna, utilizes an ANT wireless heart rate monitor and has enough
memory to store data from multi-sport workouts.

Challenge: The bar is ten-deep and you’ve got to get a cocktail NOW.
Geek Out: Get noticed with Ozibadge’s LED belt buckle.
Program up to eight scrolling messages in groovin’ colors like green,
amber, white, red and blue. Splurge on the rhinestone-studded frame and
you’ve got a guaranteed an ice-breaker.

Challenge: You’re nursing a serious spicy tuna addiction and the Nobu wait is endless.
Geek Out: Sate you appetite with a cocktail at Sky Bar and satisfy your seafood cravings with Solid Aliiance’s sushi USB stick. The almost-edible sticks come in tuna, sea urchin, salmon and futomaki varieties and range from 256 MB to 4 GB of memory.

Challenge: You're riding the Metrorail (stop laughing) and there’s no Purell in sight.
Geek Out: Clean up with Zadro’s cell phone shaped UV Disinfectant wand.
The UV light emitting from the device obliterates 99.9% of the
microscopic nasties on your keyboard, phone, railings, etc. Do NOT use
on yourself - hand sanitizer is more body-friendly.
