Busy times roll on down here as we battle near-record-breaking heat and oddly strong winds. Is it March already?
Lots to cover - we finished up our coverage of the 25th Annual Miami International Film Festival, toured Little Havana with Mercedez Abal, then caught all the action at the 30th Annual Calle Ocho Festival with Michael in Miami. Fresh back from paternity leave (an official welcome to Zuri Johnson!), producer Marlon Johnson brings us an insider tour with chef Michael Lomanaco at last month's Best of the Best during the Wine & Food Festival.
Things were equally as busy on DayBreak, where music, wine & food stole the show.

- James Hester & Roni DeLuz, authors of The Martha's Vineyard Diet Detox, tell us how to keep in shape
- Laura Cullen and Bob Mignola of Clarke's Miami Beach bring cabbage, Guinness and lots of St Patty's Day treats.
- Cantina 27 owner Luca Laborante brings bruschetta, calamari and more to the Standard
