The Miami International Film Festival starts today and with it comes the elite of world cinema. This year marks the 25th anniversary of MIFF.
Patricia Riggen’s Under the Same Moon, a Mexican film about the indelible bond between a mother and son highlighted in the MIFF Abroad program, will open the Festival.
Some famous faces you may see around town this week include Demi Moore, Helen
Hunt, Kate Hudson, Matthew Broderick, Carlos
Santana, David Schwimmer, Kate Beckinsale and Heather Graham (among many others).
We sat down earlier this week with Patrick De Bokay, the director of the Miami International Flim Festival, where he discussed this year's event.
