Think art only happens in fairs? Think again. Fairchild Tropical Gardens launches its Roy Lichtenstein sculpture exhibit this week. Ten of the iconic pop artist's works are set amidst the Garden's lush bromeliads and tropical foliage. We toured the show with Fairchild president Bruce Greer and Miami art collector Dennis Scholl.
Lichtenstein at Fairchild marks the fourth year of Fairchild's art program, which began with an exhibit of glass artist Dale Chihuly. Key Licthenstein pieces include Modern Head and Hosue 2. The exhibit is on view through May 31.

As a Miami Beach resident
As a Miami Beach resident for over 10 years starting as a young college graduate loving all that the beach was at the time; parties, clubs, music, and now married to a wonderful Italian of whom I meet in Bash ten years ago, we never wanted to move anywhere else. Now with a six year old daughter Sofia, we still feel in our heart that the beach is and will be for us, as a family. We adore all that is Miami Beach and all that it has become and I feel that your channel fits right in...I am currently enjoying your broadcast of Art Basel and wanted to tell you, GREAT JOB with your view of the people, places and events that make up our paradise of which we call home!
