This building looks very
This building looks very beautiful, but its not what Miami needs at this time. From the top, is just a flat roof. That is what people will see from the air, from the buildings acros Biscayne Bulevard, from the Cruise Ships, etc.. And from the street level, the parking looks ok ...with tree cars, but try 30 or 50.....! You got it right, this building reflects Miami, flat roofs and parking lots!... Miami does not have un iconic building like, for exemple, Sydney or Paris.. You say Sydney and everybody thinks about the opera house, even if they don't know what an opera is. We missed our oportunity to have an iconic building with the Performance Arts Center (the halls are great musical instruments, but thats it). This is our last chance to build somethig that regular people will remenber, and relate with Miami .
